My art is highly disciplined. A certain logic in the selection of priorities, rhythm and colour. This is how unification begins shifting the work towards its final stage.

For me, painting is colour. My works are saturated with strict rules and restrained use of hues and shades in the construction of a non-aggressive form. The relationship between surfaces creates uncertainties in shading to the point where the colours appear like uncertain signs of colours rather than as the colours themselves.

My paintings are inspired by bare natural facts: colour, light and movement—the minute sense impressions that can be recorded and generated between mind, eye and hand.
