My art is highly disciplined. A certain logic in the selection of priorities, of rhythm and color. This is how unification begins shifting the work towards its final stage.
For me painting is color. My works are saturated with strict rules and a restrained use of hues and shades, in a construction of a non-aggressive form. The relationship between surfaces create uncertainties in shading, to the point where the colors appear like uncertain signs of colors rather than as the colors themselves.
My paintings are inspired by bare natural facts: color, light and movement—the minute sense impressions that can be recorded and generated between mind, eye and hand.
